Upon speaking to Marty, several things will happen.

  • A timeline will be determined
  • A price will be quoted

Cost

The price of your customized item will vary, depending on many factors:

  • How large or small is the piece?
  • How intricate is the detail?
  • How much time will it take our artist to create it?
  • Are there additional silver pieces to be added?

When you spend time talking with Marty , he’ll ask questions to determine your cost.

When you open the box and it's not what you'd imagined and dreamed it was going to be, send it back. Another version of your project will be crafted -or- we'll gladly mail you your payment back. If you're not happy with it, I'm not happy with it. Period!"

Refurbish Guarantee

Anytime your product needs a little TLC, ship it back and we'll refurbish it with oils and finishes. The only expense to you is the cost to ship it our way. We'll take care of getting it back to you.

Some customers are so attached they don't want to ship their piece. If you're one of them, it's recommended from time-to-time you provide your own TLC.
