About Marty O. - Master Leather Craftsman

Nominated into Master Saddlers & Holster Craftsmen American Guild, Marty Overstreet’s love for leather developed as a hobby. After many years of building and woodworking, leather crafting seemed a natural fit. He enjoys taking raw materials and transforming them into something beautiful. He is self-taught, and believes this is what helped him create his own style and master his art. After all, when you’ve wasted thousands of dollars in the learning process, those lessons remain with you forever!

If you’re having a bad day, you’re a little down in the dumps, and you wonder where all the sincerity has gone, call Marty. Marty is a genuine fellow who is happiest when crafting leather. He began in 1994, and continues to hone his craft with every project. Blessed with a talent he enjoys, Marty lives to share that talent and bring joy to others.

Marty’s uniqueness lies in the details. Details in his products, and the extra steps he takes in the world of customer service, are what Marty offers to you. The “extras” that have been bypassed in a world of mass production, are still available in the studios of Circle Bar-T.

Marty believes that customer needs have been sorely neglected for many years. He does business the old-fashioned way, taking the time to get to know each customer that he designs a piece for. Honesty and trust are the foundation of Marty’s business, and by becoming a customer of his, you’ll experience a client/customer relationship that many yearn for but seldom receive.

Take some time to get to know Marty over the phone or through email and his passion for beautiful leather pieces will infect you. Let Marty get to know you, and he’ll create something uniquely yours - sure to deliver years of enjoyment and pride.

He’s got one of the purest hearts I’ve ever known.”
